Marty
S. Lile, Publisher, is a graduate of the
University Of Kentucky with a B.S. in
Agriculture Economics. Marty began his
career with Private Placement Investments in
the early 90’s as a Series 63 Licensed Agent
for oil and gas drilling ventures. Beginning
in 1998 and continuing through 2000, Marty
raised funds for two successful Pre-IPO
technology offerings. When the tech bubble
burst, Marty re-entered the Oil and Gas
Industry raising venture drilling capital
for several firms. Marty secured a NASD
Series 22 Securities License and has trained
numerous others to sit for the Series 22
and Series 63 Exams. |
Over the past
fifteen years, Marty has participated in raising tens of
millions of dollars while evaluating hundreds of Private
Placement Programs. His knowledge of the Private
Placement industry, its laws and regulations, along with
his ongoing day to day due diligence into a variety of
programs makes him uniquely qualified to render valuable
insights regarding Private Placement offerings. Marty’s
success and experience has opened numerous opportunities
for him to be a featured speaker at some of the most
highly attended Financial/Investor Conferences in the
U.S. His presentations are well attended with vigorous
Q&A sessions following.
Currently, Marty is
actively evaluating and investing in Private Placement
offerings and is a 50% owner of an Oil and Gas
Development Firm located in San Antonio,
Texas. Marty resides in
Glasgow, Kentucky, with his
wife Ladonna and their two children, Tailor(12) and
Madison (7).
